For the purposes of these Terms, Booking means a reservation or arrangement confirmed in writing by JainVoyagers. Lead Traveller means the person who places, authorises, or confirms the booking and accepts these Terms on behalf of all travellers. Traveller(s), Customer, Travel Services, Supplier, Package / Linked Travel Arrangement, OTA, Unavoidable & Extraordinary Circumstances, and No-Show carry the meanings supplied in the Master Terms.
Acceptance may be shown by written confirmation, email approval, payment, use of the services, or conduct consistent with booking confirmation.
All quotations, itineraries, proposals, availability checks, and planning suggestions are subject to change, subject to availability, non-binding until confirmed, and capable of withdrawal before formal booking confirmation. A binding contract is formed only when JainVoyagers issues written confirmation or invoice, and the required payment is received in cleared funds.
JainVoyagers may act as organiser of a package, retailer, disclosed agent, booking intermediary, travel coordinator, or destination management arranger. The applicable role depends on the structure of the booking and will be identified where required in booking documents.
Only services expressly listed as included on the invoice, confirmation, or itinerary are included. Anything not expressly listed as included is excluded. Common exclusions may include visas, passports, travel authorisations, vaccinations, health documents, insurance, gratuities, porterage, personal expenses, local taxes, resort fees, environmental charges, and other locally payable items unless specifically included.
Prices may be quoted in GBP or another currency. Exchange rate movement, taxes, surcharges, airport charges, government fees, or destination fees may affect final pricing where legally permitted. JainVoyagers reserves the right to correct pricing, tax, exchange, technical, or availability errors.
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice or confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, release of inventory, application of cancellation charges, and treatment of the booking as cancelled by the customer.
The customer is responsible for monitoring payment deadlines. JainVoyagers is not obliged to send reminders before cancelling for non-payment. Any bank fees, card charges, processing fees, intermediary charges, or conversion costs may be charged to the customer where applicable and legally permitted. A booking is not deemed paid until cleared funds are received.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, services may be suspended immediately, suppliers may be notified, documents may be withheld, and resulting loss or charges may be recovered from the customer.
All amendment requests must be submitted in writing, come from the Lead Traveller or authorised customer, and remain subject to availability and supplier approval. JainVoyagers is under no obligation to accept a requested amendment after booking confirmation. Changes may incur supplier penalties, reissue fees, fare increases, repricing, tax changes, and administrative charges.
All cancellations must be made in writing by the Lead Traveller or authorised customer. Standard cancellation charges apply unless stricter supplier conditions or non-refundable components override them. Up to 60 days before departure: 0%. 59 to 30 days before departure: 40%. Less than 30 days before departure: 100%. No-show, missed departure, or unused services: 100%.
Refunds are not automatic. They depend on supplier rules, timing, whether services were issued or used, and whether any cost is actually recoverable. Refunds may be reduced by supplier penalties, non-refundable deposits, administrative charges, FX losses, bank fees, card fees, processing fees, and third-party costs. Where a refund is due, it is generally processed within 60 to 90 days, but may take longer if dependent on supplier release or third-party settlement.
Many services are provided by independent suppliers whose own terms apply. Suppliers control their own schedules, operating standards, baggage rules, admissions, cancellations, refund policies, conduct requirements, and force majeure decisions. JainVoyagers is not responsible for supplier trading failure, withdrawal, schedule change, or operational interruption except where required by law.
Travellers are solely responsible for passport validity, visas, permits, transit rules, customs obligations, vaccinations, health documentation, and entry requirements for all destinations and transit points. If a traveller is refused boarding, transit, or entry due to non-compliance, no refund or compensation is payable by JainVoyagers.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be essential for certain high-value or complex journeys. JainVoyagers is not responsible for uninsured losses.
Travellers must behave lawfully, safely, and responsibly. Unsafe, abusive, disruptive, intoxicated, offensive, threatening, criminal, or reckless conduct may result in denial of service, removal from transport or accommodation, supplier refusal, termination of arrangements, or referral to authorities.
Any traveller with reduced mobility, disability, medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy-related needs, support needs, or equipment dependency must disclose this before booking confirmation. Failure to disclose relevant needs may result in refusal, inability to deliver, added cost, or supplier limitations, for which JainVoyagers shall not be liable.
Travel may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, flood, fire, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, border closure, strike, transport failure, or government action. Services may be delayed, replaced, substituted, rerouted, curtailed, or cancelled.
JainVoyagers will perform its own services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, JainVoyagers’ total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking or service component(s), as legally applicable.
Any issue must be reported immediately to the relevant supplier and JainVoyagers so that a remedy may be attempted where possible. Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of trip completion to easevoyagegrivances@jainvoyagers.co.uk and should include booking reference, dates, traveller name, description, and evidence where relevant.
JainVoyagers processes personal data to administer bookings, communicate with travellers, process payments, verify identity, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and fulfil travel arrangements. OTA or third-party platform bookings may also be subject to intermediary rules. Website content and related materials are owned by or licensed to JainVoyagers and may not be reused commercially without written permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
The final sections of the Master Terms contain commercial protection language covering bespoke and non-refundable services, chargeback abuse, supplier insolvency, corporate account liability, missed flights and missed services, no-show rules, document checking responsibility, group booking liability, complaint limitation, service refusal, indemnity, administrative fees, price reconfirmation, force majeure cost allocation, and final commercial protection wording.
Customers and travellers should read these Terms before requesting confirmation, making payment, submitting traveller details, requesting support, or starting travel. Failure to read these Terms does not affect their enforceability once accepted through booking, payment, support interaction, or travel conduct.
