2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- To confirm a booking, a deposit (as communicated) must be paid at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made within the specified timeframe mentioned in your booking confirmation or as agreed.
2.2 Pricing
- All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the price will be fixed unless changes are made to the booking.
- Prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or any other method accepted by Jain Voyagers Limited. All payments must be in GBP unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 Late Payment
- Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit may be forfeited. You are responsible for any additional charges related to the delay.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer
- If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- Up to 60 days before departure: 30%of total cost.
- 59-30 days before departure: 60% of total cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
3.2 Cancellations by Us
- Jain Voyagers Limited reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered alternative travel arrangements or a full refund.
3.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
4. Amendments to Bookings
- Any amendments to a confirmed booking must be requested in writing. Amendments may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you at the time of the request.
- Jain Voyagers Limited reserves the right to deny amendments that may impact the quality of service or availability of travel arrangements.
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 Travel Documents
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up-to-date. Jain Voyagers Limited is not liable for any costs or cancellations arising from your failure to secure appropriate travel documents.
5.2 Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all customers take out appropriate travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, loss of personal belongings, and any other travel-related risks. Jain Voyagers Limited is not responsible for any losses or damages not covered by your insurance policy.
5.3 Conduct
- You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully during the tour. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if we deem your conduct inappropriate or disruptive to other passengers, our staff, or third-party service providers. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Our Responsibilities
6.1 Service Provision
- Jain Voyagers Limited is responsible for ensuring that your travel arrangements are provided as per the itinerary and booking confirmation. However, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions may affect our ability to provide the service as planned. We will endeavor to minimize disruption and offer alternatives where possible.
6.2 Third-Party Suppliers
- Some services provided in your travel arrangements (such as hotels, transport, and tours) are supplied by independent third parties. Jain Voyagers Limited acts as an intermediary for these services and is not responsible for any deficiencies in service provided by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Jain Voyagers Limited will not be held liable for:
- Any loss or damage to personal property during the trip.
- Any injury, illness, or death resulting from activities that were not explicitly part of our service.
- Any additional costs incurred due to delays, changes, or cancellations beyond our control (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking. We will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional costs.
8. Force Majeure
Jain Voyagers Limited will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, and strikes.
9. Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaints during your trip, you must inform us or the local service provider immediately to allow us to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved during the trip, you must submit a formal written complaint within 14 days of the end of your trip to EASEVOYAGEGRIVANCES@JAINVOYAGERS.CO.UK We will review your complaint and provide a response within 28 days.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
