Tour Plan

01 Dublin - Connemara - Galway

Embark on an enchanting journey through the serene beauty of the bogs of Allen as we travel toward Connemara, located on the Wild Atlantic Way in County Galway.

Our first stop is the historic Glengowla Silver Mine (open from April 1st), where you'll enjoy an intriguing underground mine tour, along with exhibits showcasing traditional farming techniques and a sheepdog demonstration.

Continuing through Connemara's remote valleys, we’ll pass through Maam Cross and reach Rossaveal, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Aran Islands, before heading to Spiddal, a charming town where Irish is the spoken language.

Renowned for its breathtaking wilderness, Connemara offers the rugged beauty of Ireland you've been seeking. Experience the dramatic mountain scenery that has served as a backdrop for numerous Hollywood films.

Finally, we'll arrive in Galway, Ireland's cultural capital. After checking in to your accommodation, we recommend joining a free walking tour to explore the city's rich history and vibrant culture. Galway is famous for its lively pubs and warm atmosphere, so get ready to enjoy a fun evening filled with traditional music and local delicacies.

Note: Please be aware that Glengowla is closed on Sundays, and alternate arrangements will be made to enhance your experience based on weather conditions.

02 Galway - Cliffs of Moher - Dublin

After a restful night and a hearty breakfast, we'll pick you up at 10 a.m. from your accommodation to begin our day exploring the stunning Galway Bay, celebrated in songs and stories.

Our first destination is the remarkable lunar landscape of the Burren. This unique site is a geological and botanical marvel, being the only location on Earth where Mediterranean, Arctic, and Alpine flora coexist. We’ll then make a brief photo stop at Corcomroe Abbey, a beautiful 13th-century Cistercian monastery in the northern Burren region of County Clare. Known for its intricate carvings and rich ornamentation, this abbey is a rare gem from its time.

Our adventure continues along the Wild Atlantic Way to Ireland's top attraction, the Cliffs of Moher. Rising 120 meters (390 feet) above the Atlantic Ocean, these cliffs provide breathtaking views of the Aran Islands in Galway Bay, as well as the Maumturks and Twelve Pins mountain ranges to the north and Loop Head to the south. You’ll have 1.5 hours to soak in the natural beauty of this iconic site.

As we wrap up our journey, we'll make one last photo stop at Bunratty Castle, a magnificent 15th-century tower house in County Clare.

We’ll return to Dublin around 8:00 p.m., carrying with us cherished memories from these two days filled with the inspiring beauty of Ireland.
